Looking for a registered/licensed (Victoria) plumber to relocate an existing heat pump hot water system in my backyard. Needs disconnecting and reinstalling the unit at a new location approximately 8m away from the current position. No major changes required—straightforward relocation with new pipework. Needs new insulated hot and cold water pipework/securing to house/emptying, testing, purging etc ensure working and Supply and install suitable base

Require Plumber for basic job to help with removing stop valves under bathroom sink and then help install new vanity 1/ Job requires-after water is shut off by building manager, unscrewing stop valves after water is shut off, and tighten nuts behind them 2/ set up new vanity/ sink including screwing into wall ( with masonry drill, anchors and screws), putting back stop valves and new mixer tap, re- screwing in pea trap to drainage pipe , and then applying silicon I will hopefully have remived old sink and cabinet ( I’ve already started), and cleaned up previously silicone etc I have already cut holes in back of new cabinet and have a pea trap to fit new sink I need it done b/w 8-4 on a weekday , and being on a pension, I’m hopefully looking for someone who maybe looking for some extra work, and can do a good price for me 🌸 Kensington Apartmebt Hobsons Rd

Require Hot Water Service Replacement for 3 bedroom house with 4 people. Current system is gas, 27 years old and need replacement. Heat Pump is preferred but if not possible to install, seeking like for like replacement. See photo's below. Single level access via back garage.

Hot water tank tap is leaking as per photo. Couple of times throughout the townhouse also leak occasionally and stop after some time. Specifically the downstairs toilet, and upstairs bath taps. Need a licenced plummer to investigate and stop the hot water leak, and investigate other leaks.

I need to install a new toilet roll holder

each time we run our washing machine, there's a strong smell of sewerage from the laundry drain. I've used Draino in there a couple of time, but didn't make a difference to the smell. Could this be looked at and fixed by a plumber, please
