Replace toilet seat and cistern

1) Dishwasher has stopped working since I turned the mains water on and off last month. Now it turns on buht no water flows through the system. 2) Water is constantly flowing in my bathroom toilet, almost like the flush is always on. Would like this to be stopped.

Need some help booking up piping for a new sink. New sink is deeper than the old one so piping isn't lining up

The tap's copper pipe has a hairline crack, a new copper pipe needs to be soldered on coming off the mains.

1. I am looking for someone to fix my leaking kitchen mixer tap, including supplying the new cartridge if that is the problem. I don't know the brand but have taken a photo of the logo if that helps (maybe it says Parcher?). 2. I would also like a pressure test done to investigate if the toilet inlet tap is leaking.

We have a leaking toilet in our tenanted apartment that we need a qualified plumber to fix. The tenants said this - The renters have reported the toilet continues to run water after each flush. There’s also a towel rack that needs to be reattached in the same visit if possible. See pics attached.
