Just a girly-pop who needs someone strong to help move and install washing machine please!

We want to remove the pump from our spa bath and then cap/ close off the pipes. We also will need to seal the inlet and jets from the bath as well

I want a rain and regular shower head - I can buy just need guidance on which one - then to replace

Kitchen sink is clogged. Need someone to clear out the piping. Will clear out the cabinet where you access the piping before you come.

I need someone to pick up a washing machine in Elwood and install it in my flat which is in Elwood as well. The pick up location is on flat ground but the drop off location has stairs and possibly will need 2 people to carry the item as there isn't any lift. Delivery location also has three doorways which will be a tight fit leading to bathroom. Job needs to be done today or tomorrow if possible.

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.

Shower drain and Toilet are draining very slowly. Need qualified professional to unblock it properly.

My existing Rinnai 24 instant gas Hot water unit is leaking and requires replacement. I have obtained a second hand Rinnai 26 to replace it with. I need a plumber to swap the units.
