I need a plumber to: a) replace the (very old) isolation tap for my apartment with a new shut off valve. I don't have the replacement parts for this. then: b) replace the shower taps with a new set (I have the new set for this). Some photos attached

I need an electrician to look at an 8-year-old electric storage hot water system. It's wired to a dedicated off-peak circuit. My HWS is on off peak power. Since Monday the switch tripped immediately when power is on. hWS is quite old so may need replacing but for now I just need to fix the tripping problem to get the hot water back. I live in apartments, 3 levels build and HWS located in roof cavity. Was ok before, but there was a minor leaking at HWS and plumber stopped the leaking but tripping occurred after that. Cost can be discussed if the element or other items require replacing.
