Bosch Condens 5000W combi boiler. Central heating ignites and works normally. Hot water tap demand does not trigger ignition/clicking. Suspect DHW flow sensor or diverter valve.

Our kitchen tap has come loose from its fixture under the sink and is very difficult to access / screw back in - looking for a plumber or handyperson to secure it (not replace). For someone with the right equipment and/or skills it would hopefully be less than 15 minutes work!

The rubber seals around the fixing bolts at the bottom of my toilet cistern have perished. As a result the cistern leaks when the toilet is flushed. The bolts, washers and seals need to be replaced.

Pipe under bathroom sink is either in need of tightening or replacing as it’s leaking.

Water isn’t flowing into the tank, can’t flush the toilet as a result.

Need someone to connect the washing machine. Tried to do it but washer in one of the hoses seems to be loose and is causing a drip.
