Leakage under bathroom sink. Need a plumbing expert to investigate and fix the issue. Would prefer a check-in, then quote for the fixing job. Photo attached of the affected area under the sink.

The taps in my shower seem to be a bit loose making it hard to control temp reliable. Tightens these up and install a new showerhead and taps replacement of existing.

i have a single showerhead and i would like to replace it with a dual shower head. open to offers. i dont have the dual shower head so that will need to be included in the price. it doesnt have to be the same model from the picture. it is just to give an idea what I am looking for

My bath has a pop-up/click plug that’s stuck in the closed (down) position. It holds water - but won’t release so we can’t drain the bath once done. Can’t see any easy way to access the bath from underneath. Just want a bath with a plug that holds water AND can be popped-up easily so it drains (not needing to be emptied with a bucket). 3 photos are of the stuck plug in the bath and 2 photos are from the sink showing how the bath plus is supposed to work - pop up and down.

Hello, I have a small 50L Rheem hot water heater in my garage/laundry that although still works needs to be replaced as it is leaking. I have purchased a Rinnai hotlo 240v to replace it with. Pictures attached I need the current system removed and the new one set up. I'll get rid of the existing unit unless you want it :)
