I'm replacing my existing gas hot water system with a Thermann 160L 3.6kW Single Element Electric Hot Water System. A dedicated electrical circuit was recently installed by a qualified electrician for a heat-pump hot water system. The circuit is protected by a C16 RCBO (4.5kA) and currently terminates at a dedicated GPO. The Thermann unit I'm installing requires hardwiring rather than a GPO, so I need a licensed electrician to connect the unit to the existing dedicated circuit. Scope of work Hardwire the Thermann 160L 3.6kW electric hot water system to the existing dedicated circuit. Replace/modify the existing GPO connection as required for the hardwired installation. Confirm the existing circuit and protection are suitable for the Thermann unit. Test the installation and provide the required electrical compliance documentation. I have a plumber booked for 8:00 am Friday and need the electrician at 9:00 am Friday, so the plumbing and electrical work can be completed together. Must be a licensed electrician. The water in the bathroom sink is scalding hot and the shower is either extremely hot or cold. Is it possible to have a look at this?

I have two new hair washing basins that need to be connected to existing plumbing in my salon. I need to current basin disconnected as well. Would Like to potentially have the basins sitting slightly forward and spaced slightly compared to the current set up. I am available this Sunday and Monday

I have a wastewater/lifting pump connected to a salon basin that needs diagnosing. The pump was working normally while someone was washing hair. When it attempted to pump the wastewater out, it tripped the circuit breaker. Since then, every time the power is restored and the pump tries to operate, it trips the power again. I’m looking for someone experienced with wastewater/lifting pumps to inspect and diagnose the issue. If it needs to be replaced I understand but would rather try and see if it’s a fixable problem first.

Looking for someone to do some fixes in my bathroom - replace shower head and fix leaking taps. I am recovering from a broken leg, so am unable to do the job myself or provide a great deal of support. I imagine it would be best for someone to come by my place to assess what’s needed for tap fix and double check dimensions for the new shower head, then go out and purchase necessary items at Bunnings etc. See image attached of replacement shower head I would like if it fits. Budget is inclusive of expenses. Then return to complete the fixes. If available today (Wed 1) that would be excellent.

Washing Machine Drain Connection Repair

I have uploaded a picture of the kitchen sink. And 2 picture of under the sink - with circles indicating where we think it's leaking from. Also would like to connect washing machine to hot water in the laundry which is next to the kitchen. Would need to be fixed today between now and 3pm or tomorrow between 8am -10:30am or Friday 8am -12:30pm Can park down the driveway in front of unit.

I have a Rinnai Solar 26 gas instantaneous hot water unit and the hot water is barely above warm. I have tried adjusting the dip switches as per the manual but it hasn't helped. I'm looking for a qualified plumber who can get hotter water out of this unit. As I have already tried the dip switches, please don't come if that is your only solution.

The toilet is constantly running excess water into the bowl and the water level is going beyond the overflow point. I think that the flush valve might need replacing. Looking for somebody to check the problem, source the part and replace.

I am looking for a plumber to assist with some odd jobs that need doing in the property we are moving into soon. Fixing a leaking washer supply tap in laundry and a loose tap in ensuite. Check/replace any other failing tap components. Install new plumbing for a plumbed in fridge - the fridge cavity is directly behind the laundry tub.
