Require a plumber to remove & dispose of existing toilet. Clean up mortar bed at base of existing toliet. Will require waste outlet to be capped / sealed for renovations prior to a new toilet being installed.

The drip seems to be running down run pipe join when toilet is flushed

Kitchen tap loose and leaking

I need the silicon sealing where my sink joins the bench top and behind the sink where the bench meets the wall stripped out, mould removed and replaced.

My fridge has a glitchy relay, I need the glitchy one removed from the pcb and a new one soldered on. Relay provided. Relay is a schrack rt33l012.

Looking for some help unblocking our bathroom pop-up sink. Nothing unusual, just a buildup of everyday use that's led to it being clogged and unable to drain. I've tried the pipe cleanser from Coles but it doesn't work, and tried to unblock it myself but hitting a wall so hoping to get a plumber's opinion in.

Bosch dishwasher diagnosis and repair. The upper rotating spray arm is not rotating and the detergent dispenser has powder remaining in it after wash. The upper rotation arm is getting water throughput however I suspect the pressure is not enough hence its not rotating an the detergent is being left in the dispenser.
