Roller blind has come off its track - not sure what happened (might have pulled too hard) but the chain has come off. I can see there’s a guard on. Not sure if that’s the right term. A ladder is needed because it’s quite high up. See pictures for a clearer understanding. The last picture is how it is supposed to look like.

As shown in my photos, the sink was originally fixed from the underside of a large stone (possibly marble or granite) benchtop. Recently, the sink detached and dropped down because the original mounting system failed. I suspect there may also have been a wooden support frame that has deteriorated over time, possibly due to moisture from worn or ineffective sealant around the sink edges. I need someone experienced in repairing or reinstalling this type of sink, including working with mixed materials (stainless steel sink, stone benchtop, and possibly replacement timber supports if required). There is also a small additional task: resealing one edge of the benchtop. Please contact me preferably via email if you need more information. Thank you.
