I have a 1.8m tapestry I want hung on my wall. I’ve tried attaching the brackets to the wall however the wall appears too hard or the studs are made of metal or concrete. Anyway the screws aren’t going in. Want someone to attach the brackets to the wall so the tapestry can go up on its piece of dowel.

The dryer feels like it might fall, and it seems a bit tilted. I think I need a professional to reinstall it on the wall.
