Leaks: Repairing a leaking front gutter and fixing a leak in the study ceiling. 2. Electrical: Replacing spotlight fittings in the bathroom (may need complete fixture replacements) and replacing one spotlight in the family room. Note: The family room has high ceilings, so a tall ladder/proper reach equipment is required. 3. Painting: Prep, clean, and repaint the section of wall above the tiles in the bathroom. Requirements: Must be certified/licensed for electrical/roofing work. Please bring your own tools, including a tall ladder for high ceilings, and painting supplies. Need someone to repair and remount a decorative gargoyle that was ripped off my wall. It’s mostly still in one piece, though a small section has broken off from the main piece. Looking for someone who can securely reattach it to the wall and tidy/blend the repair so it looks neat again. I’ve tried using liquid nails however the the gargoyle was too heavy/didn’t dry well so it fell off. Experience with wall repairs, masonry, plaster, or decorative mounting preferred. Need a lateral thinking, experienced handyman to attend to the following: 1. Resecure light fitting in lounge room 2. Fix ceiling and resecure bathroom fan. Would suggest installing support backing inside ceiling eg timber noggin or plasterboard backing plate, then fixing the damaged edge - cut back to clean square and patch with new plasterboard. Then reinstall fan securely, fill + paint with undercoat and 2 coats of ceiling paint (Zinsser) 3. Separation/cracks in kitchen slate floor (relic of the 80s). Will take advice but initial thoughts was using a dark/matching coloured flex silicone Job is in Newtown in an investment property (single storey house). Prefer someone licensed and with reviews.

Hello, I need a handy man to help me set up my Airbnb. I just moved in so there are a few things I need help with / advice on what to do. There is an outdoor area that houses the washing machine. The area needs a general clean, and perhaps a way to lift the washing machine off the floor. Any suggestions on how to improve the area would be great. 2. I need the door to this outdoor area replaced. 3. The toilet seat needs replacing. 4. The rail in the bathroom needs tightening. 5. The ceiling surrounding the light fixtures needs a touch up of paint. 6. Some walls needs some love with touches of paint too 7. A step needs to be added on that's fallen off. 8.
