We are looking for someone who can inspect and diagnose the source of water ingress (render permeability, sealing, flashing, or other causes) and then recommend and complete proper repairs (not just cosmetic patching or repainting). Experience with external render systems, moisture ingress, or building envelope issues is preferred.
