We have a bookshelf that has been secured (screwed) to the wall for safety that needs removing. Unscrew from wall and patch and paint holes. Also two other picture hooks that need to be patched and painted. We will be constrained by time as we are moving house so will need to be later this week .

Need to drill into masonry wall and then install ikea boaxel shelving. We have the screws and wall plugs. You should bring your masonry drill and spirit level or digital level. It would require drilling approx 29 holes into the masonry. The shelving is 2 metres tall and 1.2m wide.

Kitchen sink blocked all of a sudden

We are looking for a handyperson who can help us with a couple of odd jobs around our house to help make it a home. This would need to be a person with builder / electrical expertise for about 2-3 hours and includes the following tasks: 1. Putting up picture hooks (about 4) 2. Putting up Elfa shelving in the living room. It only requires one wall mount.

This is trickier than it sounds due to the material of the walls which seems to be some kind of hollow brick so neither the standard method for solid brick nor gyprock will do. The existing curtain rail needs to be lowered due to the installation of an air conditioner. There may be various other jobs we will offer as well (separate to this)

A blind has fallen down in the office. Need a ladder and ideally 2 people to replace.

Looking for a handyman or carpenter to secure the heavy cabinet to the wall. The bathroom cabinet and sink vanity is free-floating and is coming off of the wall. Looking for someone to adhere it to the wall or maybe build supports underneath- whatever will ensure that it doesn’t fall over!

looking for someone to help hang a bunch of things. A painting, a power strip, and a light all on a brick wall. The light has a plastic rim that will need to have a small cut out to make room for the wire. Also need to install the door sweep. The door sweep will need to be trimmed to fit.
