Find an experienced handyman in Malvern East

Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to repair or replace one side of the laundry door. If replacing, make sure to put the vent back.

Looking for someone experienced with blind installation to install 2 brand-new motorised roller blinds on two higher-than-standard windows in our home. The blinds are already supplied and ready to install. I have all brackets, screws and fittings, and as they are motorised there are no chains or manual controls to install. The job is simply to: * Mount the supplied brackets securely * Fit the two roller blinds into the brackets * Check they are level and operating correctly The windows are positioned above/adjacent to a stairwell and are higher than normal, as shown in the photos, so you will need to bring your own suitable ladder/access equipment and tools. No electrical work or blind assembly is required. Ideally looking for someone who has installed roller blinds before and is comfortable working from a ladder indoors. Please include your experience and confirm you have suitable access equipment when making an offer.

Approx 2.6m x 1.8m bathroom of double brick and concrete slab unit complex. Middle level of 3. Will be stripped down to the brick. Render finish for left and far walls from entry. Tiling floor, right wall and shower - no shower base, will need screeding. Still planning with the builder, but timeframe is approx early-mid September. Insurance/Public liability required by body corp for waterproofing.

I need 3 blind put up and have tried to do this myself but can not get the fitting to attach. I would need someone who has their own means to put 3 blinds up using the base fitting and perhaps using their own fittings to pop up. I am sure that if you know how to do this it should not be too hard.

This is garage at a unit near MOnash Uni. Someone has backed into the roller door and now it wont roll up. There is no internal access to pop the door out - fixing it has to be addressed from the outside.

Toilet seat has become detached and needs a new one… will pay separately for the toilet seat if you can source it so quote can be for the repair only and will pay for seat with receipt if that works? Toilet is in great shape so hoping someone can help
