Just need adjustment and possible replacement (of hinges or just screws) so cupboards open and close smoothly. Definitely a couple of screws missing. Fairly quick job hopefully.

After a handyman to help with two tasks! 1. We’ve bought a Yale SL smart loco for the front door but unfortunately have an oval bore instead of the circular one this is fitted for. Hoping to get someone who can saw the bore to an appropriate size to install it! 2. Our front gate has been wonky on its hinges since we got the property - over time the top hinge has loosened and now the door need to be lifted and slammed just to get it open/closed. The posts are metal so we’re unable to redrill the hinge in ourself. Hoping for some help with this! Quite flexible with the timing, so please let us know if you can give us a hand with either task!

There is a loose rubber seal part floating around that should be fixed to the one way valve where water passes from the pump towards the pipe up the side of the house. This piece needs to be reattached so to ensure water can pass freely up to the roof.

Hi, A sign post was attached to the fence pales with rope ties and unfortunately due to the wind, the pales have been ripped off as the wood was rotten. Looking to replace thr horizontal beams behind the pales and have the pales reattached. Thanks

Hello, I need two flyscreens fixed. One has come off the railing(?) Keeping it in place and the other has been pushed out by my cat trying to escape. The dimensions are: Bedroom l: 79cm h: 39cm Bathroom : l: 59cm x 67cm There's also a blind that my cat has chewed through the cords that I wanted looked at to see if it can be fixed or needed to be replaced.Blind: l: 237cm h: 211cm. I have a Heat n Glo Mezzo 1300 AUB fireplace. It has a RC300 remote. The remote has always worked but this morning it has somehow un-paired itself from the fireplace. The remote is still fully functional, just not communicating with the fireplace anymore. Need help finding the control module for the fireplace, and putting it in pair mode again so that the remote will work again. Fireplace is a 2-sided see through fireplace that's built into a floating wall. I've removed the front panels but haven't been able to obviously see the control module.
