as outlined - replace awning ropes

The ropes to our awnings, on the second floor are crap and have been worn away in the weather - and are now too high for me to easily replace. Also one awning has now come unspooled at the top after the rope broke. So replace ropes with not crap ropes and respool the awning. Thanks

End of lease was done but the owner and real estate was not happy with the wall. So, we need to paint the whole wall fixing few push pin holes. Thank you

House repair like hole in wall or electrical repair

Need to fix sliding door Glass panel has came off from its Frame. Just one door

Clean windows on both sides, replace rubber sealant and install expected crimsafe screen doors on front and back sliding door. Sliding door will also need to be washed meticulously.

When removing adhesive foam from the wall, some paint chipped off. There is now a small but noticeable hole in the wall. This will need filling and repainting

The frame of the sliding door has come off. And it’s very hard to slide as well. Need to fix

Install retractable manual folding arm awning above sliding door onto masonry wall of the house. The awning is preassembled. Install the awning brackets to the wall and then attach the awning to the brackets. Can send a picture of the awning and instructions.
