A child gate has worn down into the varnish on our floorboards. Some is light scuffing, but there are some deeper layers that look black and may need some sanding. We need to repair and varnish the boards. Total mark including scuffs is about 20cm. The deeper bit about 8 to 10 cm.

Looking for someone experienced with roller gates to fix the following issues: Track appears rusty at one end. When opening fully, the gate bounces back and starts closing again.
