Find an experienced handyman in Hampton VIC

Looking for someone experienced with roller gates to fix the following issues: Track appears rusty at one end. When opening fully, the gate bounces back and starts closing again. I’ll attach photos to show the problem. Please bring any tools/materials needed for the repair. The track will need to be replaced. Will require redoing concrete as well.

I have done a very shoddy repair to seal the area but want someone to do a more polished job. The second is a smaller area on a wall where I previously had something mounted and it broke off.
