Looking for a quote to restore and repair an old clothesline. I have an old clothesline with two timber posts and horizontal rotating arms. I’d like someone to have a look and replace any missing or damaged clothesline wire and fittings, and get it working again. The existing posts are old but ok, but I need all new wires.. not sure exactly how much is needed but the posts are approx 6.7m apart and there are holes for 4 washing lines on the cross beams

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following work in my bedroom: Remove my existing Minka-Aire F524-WHF 52" ceiling fan and its existing 4-speed wall controller. Install a new Claro Whisper Low Profile DC 52" ceiling fan at the existing ceiling location. Connect the new fan to the existing electrical supply where suitable, including the Claro receiver and required isolation switch. Replace the existing wall switch arrangement with an MFL Forge Heritage 3-Gang Complete Switch in Bronze (supplied by either myself or you). The Claro will use its supplied remote for speed control, so the existing fan speed controller will no longer be required. Complete all required testing and certification. The ceiling is flat and the existing fan is already installed at the desired location. I can provide photos of the existing fan, ceiling mounting point and switches, as well as the product specifications for the new fan and switches.

I have a number of jobs I need undertaken asap: 1. ceramic birdbath that’s come in 2 pieces that I need put safely together then need it attached to a heavy paver so it’s stable. 2. Assemble metal letterbox and either dig in (but think spot is a tad shallow so maybe similar attach to a paver? I’m sure there’s a standard approach. 3. Need current mail box taken out. It’s on a pole that looks like it may be cemented in. 4. Attach a terracotta statue to solid base - thinking paver to place in the garden Ideally today or Saturday morning

Removal of 9 x old door knobs and replace with new (already purchased and confirmed fit) Replace old cupboard door handles and replace with new knobs (already purchased) 2. Fix hinge on cabinet door 3. Replace a couple of old drawer knobs with new (already purchased) 4. Install a new section of skirting board (will need to be purchased but I can pay additional charge for that) 5. Maybe some other minor things but they’re the main ones My estimate is it’s probably about 4-5 hours work but that would vary by the person. - Due date: Before Friday, September 15, 2023
