The chain on my blind has snapped and I need this fixed. Can’t open the blind.

Hi there. We are looking for a qualified tradie to help install a floating shelf / bracket. Simple job, but cautious our end with some electrics in the wall and not doing the task incorrectly and doing more harm than good. We have tools, but we’ll need a proper drill with a long drill bit that has 16cm long and 14mm wide for the shelf. Maximum hour I’d say, but you might be quicker! Patch plaster where 4 heating ducts have been removed, and 2 down lights. I have the plaster already.
