A child gate has worn down into the varnish on our floorboards. Some is light scuffing, but there are some deeper layers that look black and may need some sanding. We need to repair and varnish the boards. Total mark including scuffs is about 20cm. The deeper bit about 8 to 10 cm.

I am wanting to place 3 heavy mosaics on a bluestone wall. I need 6 holes drilled into the bluestone (not the cement)which is rendered and 6 dynabolts to be placed into the stone ready for hanging the mosaics. Must have correct drill / bit for bluestone. Dynabolts to be supplied.

Looking for someone experienced with roller gates to fix the following issues: Track appears rusty at one end. When opening fully, the gate bounces back and starts closing again. I’ll attach photos to show the problem. Please bring any tools/materials needed for the repair. The track will need to be replaced. Will require redoing concrete as well.

Four exterior doors are drafty. I need someone to identify the right product to seal the doors as well as possible and fit the product to my doors. I can do the shopping once I know what’s needed. This will require at least 2 visits to assess and fit.

Need repairs on two seperate areas of plaster. First on is a fairly large area on the ceiling - roughly 80x80cm area. I have done a very shoddy repair to seal the area but want someone to do a more polished job. The second is a smaller area on a wall where I previously had something mounted and it broke off.

I have two area's along the window where the carpet has faded because of the sun. I'll need the damaged area cut out and replaced with new which I'll supply. Measurements are 4m by 250mm and 3.8m by 200mm
