I have a long list of things I would like done. 1. Painting of my bathroom. I had it renovated in 2017. It’s all tiled except the doors, window ceils and ceiling. I have no painting equipment. 2. Opening the windows in my spare room? They have locks on them and I have no keys. 3. If and when I buy blinds for my windows can you install them? 4. The handle of the door in my laundry has completely fallen off. I can send a picture if you like but could you fix it? 5. I have a double car garage but one of the doors has lost its little remote thingy. Do you know how to buy a new remote and reset it? 6. The backyard tap is constantly leaking and I hate wasting water. Do you know how to fix it? Not sure if I need a plumber. 7. The taps on my laundry sink have no handles. The previous owner did a dodgy i think and they’ve just fallen off. Can you fix it? 8. Every time I do a load of washing the cold tap leaks water and it spills out onto the floor. 9. My deck has broken. A couple of the Woden panels expanded in the heat and now it’s an OH&S issue. 10. I have a sensor light at my front and back door. They don’t work but I had them newly installed. Not sure if I need an electrician. 11. The thing above my stove that you pull out to suck up all the fumes from cooking is broken. The light no longer comes on and it doesn’t make the sound or suck the fumes up. Not sure if I need a sparky. 12. The laundry light inside also no longer works.
