I’m looking for someone to repair or replace a bathroom window frame that has rotten from ivy growing over it. Looking at the picture, I only need the middle frame repaired/replaced as the two in either side are fixed, however, maybe a mullion on the side may need fixing or caulking. Also need the sill below it sanded a little bit as it currently looks a bit dirty from where the ivy was. Located in Caulfield South

Check the rangehood, likely needs a replacement, advise on what could fit, have measured it to be 90 cm but unsure of depth and space requirements. 6. Adding a flyscreen, checking space 7. Check water tank pump, see what the issue is, what might be needed. 8. Switchboard cupboard magnet/fix to ensure it closes properly 9. Guest bathroom toilet holder flimsy 10. Laundry stairs sturdiness If you can't do everything that's no issue, see what's possible and I can always get someone else.

The toilet seat hinge is broken. The screw cannot be removed that holds the anchor in place.Either thread is damaged or rust has built up. Screw needs to be cut off or drilled out. I have new pin/hinge to replace

One of the hinges has come loose from the laundry door. Have attached photo of the one that's still attached. Might need a new hinge as it's rusted a bit. I think the hinge block is fine.
