Hey! I’ve got a wooden floor lamp with a broken screw stuck in the base where the pole connects. I’m looking for someone who can: 1. Remove the broken screw 2. Help reattach the pole to the wooden base securely 3. Make sure the lamp is stable and the cord isn’t damaged The lamp’s not heavy and can be moved easily. I’ve attached photos so you can see the issue. Would love to get it working again!

I need a qualified handyman or installer to supply and install gate hold-open devices for a double gate in front of a fire hydrant booster cabinet, located outdoors. I’ve owned my house for a year but haven’t been able to figure out the sprinkler system that has been set up throughout the front and back yard which go under the house, deck, and driveway and throughout the garden. Water flow generally makes it to the other side but often leaks and or doesn’t properly work. My ask is for an assessment, and repair with irrigation fittings if possible. No requirement for heavy digging, getting under the house etc, attempting a simple assessment and potential fix first then if problematic will work from there.

Hi Need someone that can fix our door closer. The one shown in the pictures is a brand new one bought from Bunnings but we could not get the door to close properly. Hang two x solid wood external doors in existing door jambs. Doors may need trimming? Would be great if one of the doors hinges could be swapped to the other side, to allow the door to swing open the other way. No locks, door handles etc are required to be installed, just physically hanging the doors and hinges. *attached photos are of the existing doors that will need to be removed*
