The sliding door between the living room and the kitchen might have come off the tracks on one side. Please see photograph attached. It is an internal house sliding door that separates two rooms. Part of the door recesses into the wall. This has happened on numerous occasions over the years. It's not the first time this has happened but it definitely hasn't happened recently. We just can't remember how we fixed it on previous occasions. Do you have experience with sliding doors particularly those that are recessed within an internal wall.

Two bathroom tiles have cracked. I am unsure of the cause, as in whether something fell onto them or if house has shifted and cracked them. Am after a fix using a sealant and not a replacement with spare tiles, just so I can monitor effectiveness of fix for now and replace in future with tiles if needed. I want to seal the cracks because I suspect water is getting in between the tiles into the grout (based on a wet looking creeping line in the grout). Please feel free to propose fix options that will be robust and visually appealing. Flexible on timing, but ideally within the next week of June. Am unsure on cost so please make a counter offer if you like.

Hello, we have a couple of locks to upgrade for the front door entrance. Please see pictures. I have the hardware ready to go, am after someone handy with locks to install. 1. Replace existing handle and barrel lock. 2. Install new smart deadbolt lock.

I need the toilet seat changed, I have purchased a new one. Also my ring camera outside is too high up for me to change. I have a recharged battery ready to swap in. Finally, I have 2 skylights that are on a flat verandah roof that need to be cleaned. A handy person would probably suit these jobs. If cleaning skylights throws people off the job, I'm happy to just get the toilet and camera done. It would be a bonus if all three jobs could be done.

Looking for someone with experience to install 2 vinyl decals for shop retail windows. Approx size 3x2m. The decals are in 3 pieces each (drop down) with a 20mil overlap. Must have done this before. You’ll need your own equipment to clean window and put them on correctly. Decals are ready to be stuck on.

I’ve owned my house for a year but haven’t been able to figure out the sprinkler system that has been set up throughout the front and back yard which go under the house, deck, and driveway and throughout the garden. Water flow generally makes it to the other side but often leaks and or doesn’t properly work. My ask is for an assessment, and repair with irrigation fittings if possible. No requirement for heavy digging, getting under the house etc, attempting a simple assessment and potential fix first then if problematic will work from there.
