I have 4 large window frames and 1 tiny window frame that need painting and preparing. Need to fill gaps and sand back filler then paint 2 coats. A flat small step also requires painting. If possible to be done Monday 14th April while weather is nice and dry. Late morning start is ok, it's not a big job. Paint is provided.

I need to get this fireplace removed. It's all gyprock framed. The fireplace is bio ethanol and there is no gas connection. All power points will be disconnected prior so the job is just removal of the fireplace and removal of rubbish. With the right tools and expertise shouldn't take longer than 1.5-2 hours.

I would like two cabinet installed and fitted correctly either side of my fireplace. I have skirting boards and mantle piece to work around. Photos attached of current wall and what I want.

Our 20+ year old cupboard hinges are on their last legs and we need to replace two hinges per corner cupboard (four in total). We need someone to supply and install the hinges. I'm assuming that it doesn't matter what brand of hinges given we're replacing them (though have heard that the pattern may need to be matched). Happy to discuss. I've attached pics; some of the door with the broken hinge, and the door that's still hanging by a thread.
