Install 1 x small and 1 x large towel rack and 1 x small bathroom cabinet on a tiled bathroom wall.

You will need equipment to cut precise straight edge. - help with unscrewing couple desk lamps

Priority is repairing wire trellis on top of side fence. I think most of the parts are still there. Tidy up of the Jasmin that has fallen from that trellis. Replace/upgrade/repair 3 garden gate locks. Scrub (not pressure wash, as it will damage the soft sodden wood) green and muck off wooden deck and re-oil.

I need a pet door, with flap, installed in a solid cedar door. My pet is a miniature dachshund, so the door needs to be low.

Need small lightweight TV mounted on wall and need 4 x curtain rod brackets put up please. I already have the brackets for windows - just need someone to drill for me

The bottom third of the post is badly damaged but the whole post will need to be replaced along with the external cladding and the internal gyprock. We can organise the gyprock separately if necessary. We discovered the problem when we replaced the concertina doors. Post can be replaced without removing the doors. Essential to find the source of the leak and rectify it. Price is negotiable.

As shown in the picture, the synthetic rattan /wicker weaving on a single side of the one seater and the two seater outdoor furniture have broken. Anyone up for a DIY fix - I will need help with equipment (staple gun etc) and help fixing this.

I need to get this fireplace removed. It's all gyprock framed. The fireplace is bio ethanol and there is no gas connection. All power points will be disconnected prior so the job is just removal of the fireplace and removal of rubbish. With the right tools and expertise shouldn't take longer than 1.5-2 hours.
