Looking for an experienced deck builder to construct a wooden deck (approx. 6m x 5cm) at my townhouse. Please send photos of your past deck projects, plus contact details for at least one previous client I can speak to as a reference. Also include your availability and a rough quote.

Looking for someone experienced with hardwood/Merbau decking to give my deck a final sand ready for oiling. Budget is indicative. Happy to consider offers based on experience and equipment. The deck has already been cleaned and stripped back and is mostly bare timber. It mainly needs an even sand to blend some colour variation and a few light sanding/grinder marks. I’ve tested decking oil on a few boards, so those sections may need a quick pass. Those boards have already been sanded. Almost all screws are already sitting below the timber surface. There may be a small number that need to be checked or sunk slightly before sanding. Looking for a consistent finish around 80 grit, ready for me to apply CUTEK afterwards. Deck size is approximately 4.5 × 4.2 m plus 1.5 × 5 m. Please let me know what equipment you’d use.

Due to water proofing issues timber flooring for swollen and can out. It is not broken and need to put it back with flue. May need some cutting as due to swollen, it does not fit.

Looking for a great Airtasker to repair a skirting board that has come off the wall. The underlying house is not great so I need someone that can work some magic with this to reinstall it. Have a small burnt carpet roughly 3 inch burnt if you take the measurement diagonally. I do not have spare carpet.

Deck rejuvenation - our balcony has fitted timber flooring where the stain, varnish and weatherproofing has faded. We would like to bring it back to life, nothing major, with the main purpose of weather proofing given its exposed to the elements. As we have balcony’s below, there needs to be key consideration to protect our neighbours and how we can limit overspill/ dust.
