Hi there, I currently have 3 small areas of carpet that need patch work repair done to them please. There is carpet in the wardrobe that is available to be cut out and used instead, however will need similar grey carpet to replace the wardrobe cut outs.

After a professional caulker to do a nice and neat filling of the gaps between our skirting and floorboards in white. We took up the carpet and polished the boards so there is now a varied gap which we’d like to fill before we move in. Flexible on when over the next week or two. Prob a few hours work. We needed to cut up a section of a floorboard to do some work under the house and putting the floor boards back on we realised we need to reinforce one of the floor joist to support the floor boards back. Only one small section needs fixing in one room. So, will require bringing your own wood joist, cutting length to suit and then screwing it on to secure it to existing beams and putting the floor boards back on. It would be good if you can help to recork the boards as they go back on also. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 7 April 2023
