The light switches in our unit are different from standard ones—they’re push buttons rather than traditional flip switches. Some of them are completely non-functional, while others only work intermittently. We also have a control panel at the entrance that’s meant to control all the lights in the unit, but it isn’t functioning properly either. I believe the first step would be to purchase replacement switches and arrange for installation. However, I haven’t been able to find the same type of switches online. If you’re able to provide a purchase link and let me know whether you can assist with installation, I’d really appreciate it. Additionally, I’ve already purchased a few Wi-Fi-enabled smart switches that can be controlled via mobile app. Based on the wiring shown in the photos I provided, I’d like to know whether these smart switches could be used to replace the existing ones.

Electrician needed to fix oven which works but makes a noise .

Generator is 5 years old, was working quite well, but not started often as this is only for emergency usage. Recently I cannot get oil into the pump to get the generator going, not sure if the tubes are blocked and would like to have this looked at and repair on site

I have a Toyota Hiace 2007 petrol van with a fridge connected to the auxiliary battery, but it works intermittently (sometimes turns off randomly). One is to swap out my current flush mount light (pic attached 1) for a light fitting like the other pic with white balls (pic 2) except it will have three hanging glass shade pendant lights (pic 3). I would also need three hooks for the ceiling (like pic 2). The light will also need the ceiling plate installed.
