Looking for an electrician to change light fixtures

I am relocating offices and will likely need an electrician for the day to help with setting us up. The office is in York St in the CBD. We are taking over a sub-lease for a minimum 15 months with a view to taking a 1yr option and maybe staying longer. Most of the desks and the mess will ALL be taken out and we will put our own desks in. We will just need to ensure all our electrics are sound, and cables are not all being tripped over etc.

I require an electrician to assist with the following: (a) replacement of two pendant lights with new lights; (b) replacment of two linear office lights with new lights I have all the replacment lights

The rubbish consists of Exits signs and Fluorescent batten lights

Need to connect 5 x ikea pendant lights to ceilings power Tag and test and add power points They need to supply the power points / additional cords

Hi There, I have a MSZ-EF Series,mitsubishi electric, a multi-head system: 2 indoor wall mount units with 1 outdoor unit. 2 Indoor units blowing out air normally, but only a very tiny cold or not cold at all. The outdoor unit fan is turning(but not very fast), would need a repair asap, thx. messege me if you need more info.
