We are putting a TV on the wall. Need a power point up higher than it is now on the wall.

I need an electrician who is able to rewire old fashioned light fittings so that pendant lights with shades are able to be attached. I am also wanting another wall light to be fitted into the alcove of the front door. Would also be keen to take away fluorescent light in kitchen to be replaced by track or spot lighting on your recommendation. Not sure if this can be done? All electrical wires are thick and unable to fit modern pendants, that are too heavy for the existing wiring system. Would need a totally different updated wiring to be able to attach pendant style lighting. There are 6 lights plus one non existent. Would want to commence work in a few days - and get some advice on what pendants and lights would work beforehand.

Exhaust fan in the laundry room won’t switch on at all. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is currently stuck on but won’t switch off. They are connected because when the laundry fan usually switches on, the bathroom fan automatically goes on also. It doesn’t happen the other way though.

After moving our office booth from one office to another, the 240v wiring is no longer working (lights, GPOs etc). I disconnected the WAGO connectors on disassembly and reconnected them on assembly (they are colour coded) but for some reason no power is getting through now. Photo with lights on is before, photo with lights off is after. Probably a quick fix for an electrician

The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor are out and no longer illuminate. This is affecting the overall brightness and professional presentation of our store. The Job: The task is to supply and install new replacements for all three faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (approx. 3.5 meters). 2. Removing the three old downlight fittings. 3. Supplying and installing three new, suitable replacement LED downlights and/or drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature and brightness match the other existing lights. 5.
