Hi, on one side of the roof I have a 3.5kw solar system. We have some leaks in the roof, so I need someone to come out and take off maybe 5 or 6 panels, so we can change tiles or seal the rail mounts which might be causing the leak, and then, put the panels back on. Could you please provide a quote on how much it would be for 6 panels. Between taking the panels off and then putting them back on, it'll be roughly an hour. Please give me a quote.

Need someone who can install a bathroom fan / exhaust / ventilation in a small 1 bedroom apt. Not sure if it would go through the ceiling, or through the window to outside? Whatever is easiest - I'm guessing through the window / wall to outside...

We have 7 LED downlights and 2 fluorescent light tubes in our office boardroom. We would most likely need someone to source the replacement lights. Two ceiling lights in the bathroom to be installed by a licensed electrician. There are currently two small LED lights but these need to be replaced with large Kabomba (ikea) bathroom lights. It should be quite a quick job. See pics

Inspect a hot water heater to determine if it needs to be replaced or it should be fixed. It is currently not working. The power supply has recently been tested a few months ago, when a number of internal cables were replaced. If it needs either, to then provide a quote for the repair or replacement. It is an Aquamax 80L - of unknown age, looks in good condition. When I rang the company on the sticker they said likely > 10 years old and may be better to just replace.

I require an electrician to install two PowerPoints on/inside a dividing wall of my Rosebery apartment. All existing electrical cables are assessable via the ceiling cavity. See attached photo of the dividing wall.

I came home to find the bathroom light on and the wall switch unresponsive — I couldn’t turn the light off. I left it overnight, and by the next morning, all the lights in the unit had gone out. Upon checking the fuse box, I saw that the light circuit breaker had tripped. When I attempted to reset it, a spark occurred, followed by a loud popping sound, and the main fuse board outside the unit was tripped as well. A strata-appointed electrician came to inspect the main board. They confirmed the issue is internal to my unit and suggested there may be a live wire fault, likely in the bathroom. Looking for a licensed electrician to diagnose and fix the fault safely.
