I would like the addition of an electrical outlet in the kitchen. There is a single outlet currently in the cubpoard below the counter where I would like the outlet to be. The outlet would need to be inserted through the counter or the pantry.

Have three light fixtures that don’t work when I replace the lamp so figure there might be an issue with the fixture or power supply. Two are downlights (previous halogen lamps replaced with LED GU5.3 lamps) and the other is a bedroom ceiling pendant fixture. The nearby lights are working fine. The pendant fixture looks rusted so probably just needs a new fixture. Photos shown. Hopefully a quick job. If it’s not happy to re-negotiate after inspection.

I need the wifi box moved out of the bedroom and centred in the hallway. It will most likely require a new power point and an extension somehow.

Make the electrical wiring safe

Wires have become disconnected in the cord of a lamp just before the plug. So I think I just need the plug cut off and the wires reconnected then put the plug back on. But hey, I’m not an electrician! It looks like a pretty simple repair tho

Electrical work - replace 2x double power points I can purchase the new double power points seperately beforehand or bring them with you, preferred.

Electrician Needed – Install LED Light Under Shelf & Fix Power Switches Looking for a licensed electrician to install an LED light under a shelf. I already have the light and a transformer, as a previous electrician said I’d need it. I want everything to be neatly installed and hidden away. The wall behind it is gyprock. Please let me know in the offer if I need to get anything else to have this done. Additionally, the power switches are currently loose and need to be properly secured to the wall.

Install a lighting fixture over the kitchen island. There are 2 light spots in the ceiling atm, but new light fixture will require moving position of the light spots. (it'll likely require some dry-wall fix/paint too). See image atached.

Replace two separate wall power sockets with broken switch springs in the kitchen area

Planning to install LED strip lights under a shelf and need wiring run to power them. The wiring should be set up for an easy connection once the shelf is in place. There’s no Gyprock at the moment, and there’s an existing power outlet right below (see photo). Thanks!

I seem to have some electrical issues in my laundry cabinet: since the new washer/dryer tower was installed, the washing machine slightly electrocutes me every time i touch the metal drum and turning on the dryer causes the power outage in the whole flat.

Ground floor fuse has blown. Unable to locate fault. Need to systematically check all down lights and LED wall lights. Three story town house. About 27 down lights on ground floor have been affected.
