Basic replacement of an existing pendant light fitting with a new pendant light fitting

need an electrician before the public holiday. got a light switch connecter to a down light that trips the safety when turned on.

Remove and dispose of old light fitting. Install new one.

Put two downlights in a ceiling, fix a light under a kitchen cupboard that's stopped working, replace a pull light switch and replace a 3-way dimmer light switch (one of the dimmer knobs has come off). I already have the down lights - these are each set up with a plug on the end.

To replace the existing old electrical box with the new circle break etc

Having trouble with the AC, it’s not turning on. It happened before and the technician said that it’s a circuit in the garden unit and if it happens again it needs to be replaced. Please see the photo with comments.

I have two light fittings in my kitchen that need repair or replacement. One is a circular fluro light fitting that no longer turns on despite replacing the fluro tube and the other is a led strip light under a wall shelf that isn’t at full brightness anymore. The other fitting is a ceiling light in the outdoor laundry where the plastic fittings that holds the bulb has cracked so the bulb no longer stays in although the fitting otherwise still works.
