The work may involve plaster repairs or painting so the property can be prepared for sale. There’s also black mould present in the bathroom that needs to be addressed. The appointed person will need to directly organise with the tenants to arrange a suitable date and time for access.

I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.

Got a small study, approx 2.5x4, i need the cornice installed, already got cornice, cornice cement and a miter box

fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. One has been smashed, this is the photo where it has been taped over in white. The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish this. Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.
