Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.

Remove cornice from ceiling and give ceiling the look of polished concrete. The ceiling is a solid concrete slab so no plants board. The cornice appears to be plata from the part I’ve tried to pull away. It comes off but crumbles rather than a single piece.
