Replace a piece of ceiling cornice that fell down.

One corner of the cornice of the ceiling is dripping water when rain falls. Last week gutter cleaned but still water dripping. Need to find root cause ( if you’re competent on your skill than only respond, I don’t want to waste time and money on radon reasons and fixing that. )

Must have ABN and and can supply invoice. 1x supply and install exterior door with lock to be with supply install new frame . Paint white. Dispose of old door and frame 1x supply and install basic exterior door ( no lock )- paint white. Dispose of old door. This room is Used to store hot water only. 1x cornice is coming off - need repair / re-glue

As per the picture, a small part of my ceiling cornice has fell and broke. Hoping someone can restore it to match the design of the existing cornice. Let me know how much it would cost. Thank you
