Looking for a meticulous finisher to complete the final stages of a renovation across a living room, bedroom, and garage. Plastering: Finishing off existing sheets, including setting joints and sanding to a paint-ready finish. Cornice: Supply and/or install approx. 5m of cornice (matching existing style). Skirting: Install approx. 29m of skirting boards (primed/ready for fitment). Painting: Final coats on the new work to blend with existing surfaces. 1. Living room requires skirting around perimeter, cornice, plastering and painting around bifold doors. 3. Entrance to main bedroom requires plastering, cornice, painting. 4. A small section of my front porch cornice has fallen off. The missing piece is approx. 1.7 m, including two corners. The ceiling is solid and dry (it’s an outdoor area exposed to weather, so looks like the adhesive has failed.) I’m pretty sure the cornice profile is 75mm Gyprock Symphony (photos attached). Looking for a plasterer or handyman to repair a corner section of cornice in a bedroom. The Job: > * Remove damaged section and install new 90mm Cove Cornice. One side is approx 18cm, the other is 27cm. Tasker to supply the small length of cornice and adhesive. Need the joins set and finished so they are ready for me to paint later.
