Water damage from years ago needs patching. Quick job about 4 spots. 2 pics of each area. Roof was repaired years ago, but I need plaster filling, to monitor the problem areas. If no evidence of further water ingress, I can proceed with painting. Quote is for plastering.

Two (2) three metre pieces of cornice to be replaced. I have the cornice. About half a dozen cracks from about 20cm to a metre to be repaired. I would prefer them taped as they have been repaired before and opened up. All work to be filled and sanded to a standard ready for painting.
