Bathroom fixture - mirror cabinet hinge has come untethered from the original hole. Need to fill and replace the hinges

I need cable management secured at all desk ports in the office and two ports in meeting room. I have a store cupboard which needs a lock fitted. I’ve already removed the old one.

2nd floor flat , need to remove small area of breeze block wall to replace with stud wall to install pocket door and frame. to my knowledge there is no electrics in wall or pipes. . I can dispose of any rubble/rubbish , and will paint tile etc myself as I have to keep costs down.. would be good to know how long it take to do , and more than happy to labour a bit bringing materials and tools up the stairs . It can be done any time I no,Neighbour's , and night club below me so can work night or day . I can possibly provide parking depending on vehicle . I no idea on cost but internet tells me from £400 -1500 ( I presume depends on materials . ) I just thrown a figure in the box below. - Due date: Flexible

If the ventilation fan is turned off, the door closes properly, but if we turn on the fan while BBQing on the table at our restaurant, the door won't close all the way. There's not much space between the door and the heater, so if possible, we'd like to avoid moving the heater. Is there a way to make the door close without moving the heater, perhaps using a door closer or another method? We'd like to finish the work by 10 a.m. if possible. - Due date: Flexible
