Fill and paint door is it ok

One of the panels is broken, the area around the panel is also cracked, the lock no longer works and the door doesn’t close. The door is an old style door and will need to be fixed to look the same. The glass window above the door has also slightly broken and will need to be fixed. It’s also quite an old vintage window. Flexible with the budget.

1. 4 x IKEA Pax wardrobes are already built, they need bolting together and fastening to wall with top IKEA wall cabinets also. Panels need to be attached on top and coving installed. 2. 6 x Room doors need to be installed. Hinges and latches.

Small job in Kilburn: old/Victorian internal door handle has come loose because the screw holes in the timber no longer grip. Needs old holes plugged with glued wood/dowels or similar, tiny pilot holes drilled, and handle refitted securely. Please don’t just use filler or drill random new holes. In our apartment, one bedroom door makes a noise when it opens. It looks like the door or the frame is warped in a few places and catches. Previously we sorted this out by tightening the hinges to hold the door at the right angle. We suspect it might need further tightening or perhaps sanding (?), but are happy to defer to an expert on what's needed.

Hi! I need help fixing a door hinge. The metal pin/rod in the middle of the hinge (hinge pin) that connects the hinge has come out / is broken, and the door is now not sitting properly.
