The screws on my loft door have pertruded out and i cant seem to close the door

There is a visible gap around the door which has been problematic. A door brush has been installed but didn’t help. I need full insulation for noise and heat.

I need to have a cat flap re-installed into a wooden door.

I am having an issue with my fridge/cabinet door (it is one of those units that are attached). The door won't shut properly and the screws used to adjust the door are worn (the inner part) so that they cannot be turned with a screwdriver. They did not work efficiently before, so we think we need the door holder replaced.It is one of those where the fridge door is attached to a cabinet door so it looks like a cabinet but the attachment has been faulty since we moved in and when I tried to adjust it the screw was too worn to turn. Given that we've had so many issues with the arm attachment I believe it will need to be totally replaced.
