I need to have a cat flap re-installed into a wooden door.

I am having an issue with my fridge/cabinet door (it is one of those units that are attached). The door won't shut properly and the screws used to adjust the door are worn (the inner part) so that they cannot be turned with a screwdriver. They did not work efficiently before, so we think we need the door holder replaced.It is one of those where the fridge door is attached to a cabinet door so it looks like a cabinet but the attachment has been faulty since we moved in and when I tried to adjust it the screw was too worn to turn. Given that we've had so many issues with the arm attachment I believe it will need to be totally replaced.

The door to my integrated fridge/freezer needs fixing. 2 hinges need fixing. I ordered a new integrated fridge/freezer this week. The men who came to install the fridge/freezer would not fit it as they said that the door is not safe and so I won't be able to get a new fridge/freezer until it's fixed. As it's a big door they suggested fixing another hinge to the door so that it has 4 hinges instead of 3. I am worried that if the job is not done properly when I arrange for the new fridge/freezer to be redelivered they will refuse to install it again. Ideally I would like someone who has experience in this area.
