The property is furnished so you must be comfortable working around furniture. I’m looking for somebody that is friendly and can work reasonably quickly. I have a drill, silicone, wall filler and a hinge and screws or you can use your own materials. You will likely need to bring a step stool / small ladder. You’ll need to clear up afterwards as there are pets and young children in the property. Note I am on the third floor so you’ll need to bring your tools up and down the stairs. I’m inside ULEZ but there’s no congestion charge and parking is free with no restrictions on the road. I’ve budgeted for approximately two - three hours but let me know if you can complete it faster.
