One of the walls had major erosion last year, we had to replaster and sand the wall, damp paint and then repainted the wall. And the erosion is back, the wall is bubbling. I assume from Damp. We had our whole house painted 3 years ago and many of the areas we have here were issues within 6 months of the painting, and it's gotten really bad. Our landlord will likely want a good price but if you also think this is DAMP, I can let him know that with your quote. This is a 4-bed house, the problem areas are in the dining room, the kitchen, one bedroom on the first floor near the back of the house, the bathrooms, the staircase to the attic room and the attic room. - Due date: Flexible
