I need help hanging the tv

I need to mount a bicycle hook high up in our cloakroom. This will require using long screws and finding the wooden joists in the plasterboard. I also need you to fix 12 coat hooks to the area beneath it, and a further five hooks in other areas of our house.

I've purchased a wall mount but don't have the tools or experience to install the mount or hang the TV, hoping someone can help!
