The toilet seat is broken and needs to be replaced, but the fittings seem to be stuck, making it difficult to fit a replacement seat. The task is to remove the fittings, which might take some force (as we haven’t been able to do it ourselves even with WD40).

Hi! 1. I have two ceiling lights that are out on extremely high ceilings and need to be replaced. *I’m not sure a tall enough ladder can fit up the stairs in my building. 2. The kitchen ceiling lights are dimmable lights that don’t seem to respond correctly to the dimmer and light switch. They struggle to turn on and don’t go to full light capacity. Medium window is for 1 blind (bamboo style) to be hung and a net curtain rod and hooks to be attached. Small window is for an old blind to be reattached.
