Only walls and ceiling need to be painted 2 coats - with Dulux trade super Matt in White. No preparation required, only cutng with brush and roll. I will supply tools and protection,step ladder. The job start Saturday 12pm has to be done until 12pm Sunday. You can work all night. The flat is empty. I have No parking permit

It's a small bathroom, around 4 square metres. I can provide paint, brushes/rollers, stepladder and dust sheets. Walls and skirting boards only and most of it is tiled so not a lot to paint. The shelf to put up is very small and light and I have a drill/set of tools. I want to provide as much as possible to be able to keep the costs down. Free parking after 1pm and I am home from 3pm.

Dark living room. To be painted darker. A coat of primer likely before adding colour.

Downstairs small entrance passage, living room, stairway and upstairs hallway. Small nursery room. One of the walls in the living room is to be wallpapered. I've attached pictures- please don't mind the state of the house, we are doing some redecorating & clearing out so everything is everywhere at the moment. Things will be cleared before I bring the painter/handyman in. Hopefully the pictures are clear enough Beginning to mid April start

Need floor in small entrance hallway and living room sanded and re-varnished. Part of this flooring has moved and one plank has come up so needs fixing/reconfigurating first Staircase- the top stair is missing some wood, (just a small area) so needs replacing and then all of it varnished. Bannister needs new spindles, sanding and painting Upstairs hallway needs sanding and varnishing. Small nursery room (box room) sanding and painting. Picture attached not the best but house is upside down at the moment and all I could find. You can see the width at least. It's a very small room Pictures are best I can do at the moment. We are redecorating some areas and clearing out so everything is everywhere. Evident in paint job task added earlier I'm having the walls painted also, not sure which should be done first. Advisement appreciated
