I have done the first coat of a limewash effect paint on the walls of the hallway. I need some help with the following: 1. Sanding the areas where the paint has come on heavy, to create a natural, stone like effect 2. Cleaning up the edges 3. Applying white paint to the parts of the ceiling where the paint spilled over

Paint just one side only of two other rooms. Finally, paint a staircase (it goes across two levels, not all three) from matt white to matt black. No painting of woodwork (except staircase), ceilings etc. I have the paint, but you will need to provide all equipment including ladder, brush/rollers and protection sheets. Hello, We're looking for someone to help with our nursery set up! You'll see from the pictures we managed to remove some wallpaper but some sections require steaming. The walls will then need plastering and painting, we'll provide the paint. This job includes walls and ceiling but new skirting boards would have been installed so no need for these. - Due date: Flexible

I have a fairly newly plastered house (mix of back to brick and skimming based on quality of previous plaster) and am looking for someone to touch up the plaster downstairs/neaten the edges and repaint, as well as filling/sanding/painting skirting and architraves. Walls to be covered are open plan living space, kitchen, hallway and the wall going up the stairs on one side - I've attached photos. You can see some filling has been done already, and it has already been painted. With the cold weather new cracks have been appearing - all hairline cracks. Nothing too alarming but quite a few on the wall going up the stairs, not that many anywhere else. I've ordered flexible filler to help prevent recurrence. The ceiling is mostly fine, there may just be a few small patches needing touch-up although I would like the ceilings painted too. Edit to add: there are 2 previously damp (now dry) areas due to a previous guttering problem. I have some Zinsser sealing materials for these areas. Most of the skirting is original but there are a few new sections. I've included photos of both so you get an idea. The architraves are new (3.5 doorways). One very small additional thing - a small amount of new skirting in the bathroom upstairs needs filling and painting (about 1.5m total). I will provide filler and (emulsion/wood satin) paint as well as parking. I will also look to clear the space a lot more before starting. Please let me know if you have any questions.
