Need a touch up of paint on the corridor walls after a move

Paint the two walls flanking front door steps Need it sanded, primed, and a final coat please. Done it myself before and was a quick job!

The wall is damaged through water ingress which has now been resolved - shower the wall needs to be repaired - strip the plaster, apply tanking material, re plaster and paint

Water damage to side return wall in kitchen. Has been fixed but need the patch up plastering sanded back before I can paint it. The wall is roughly 6 X 2.5 m and only parts have been patched
