Living room and hallway (50% of flat) already taped and painted but need a sand and single coat once over to even out roller marks. See photos of roller marks. The walls behind the mirrors in the main bedroom will need some touch ups to even them out (see photos). Walls only, no ceiling, doors or skirting. Small touch up throughout required. Plaster and paint wall it’s about 1.5m squared

The wall is damaged through water ingress which has now been resolved - shower the wall needs to be repaired - strip the plaster, apply tanking material, re plaster and paint

Water damage to side return wall in kitchen. Has been fixed but need the patch up plastering sanded back before I can paint it. The wall is roughly 6 X 2.5 m and only parts have been patched

On Monday I had my living room painted but I do not like the colour (all prep is done I just need 2 coats of a different colour) and I need my small bedroom to be wallpapered.

Two small bedrooms painting

I have just moved my furniture and discovered two areas which have mould. Looking for someone to come and fix this ASAP. The areas aren’t big, but this needs to be done by Thursday. One of the walls will need to be resurfaced as it is cracked from the mould.
