Water damage to side return wall in kitchen. Has been fixed but need the patch up plastering sanded back before I can paint it. The wall is roughly 6 X 2.5 m and only parts have been patched

On Monday I had my living room painted but I do not like the colour (all prep is done I just need 2 coats of a different colour) and I need my small bedroom to be wallpapered.

I have just moved my furniture and discovered two areas which have mould. Looking for someone to come and fix this ASAP. The areas aren’t big, but this needs to be done by Thursday. One of the walls will need to be resurfaced as it is cracked from the mould.
