The tenant has vacated the flat and we need to give it a fresh coat of paint on the walls and skirting boards. It also needs cleaning. The flat is a small 1 bed/studio flat. I have attached some photos that show the things that need doing in the flat: 1. Paint all walls in the bedroom and kitchen in white emulsion 2. Paint all skirting boards in the flat in white gloss 3. Paint door frames and wooden window frames in white gloss(not the doors themselves which will remain wood colour) 4. Paint 2 electric radiators in white (with correct paint type) 5. Paint bathroom ceiling in white gloss, or mould/stain resistant paint if necessary. 6. Clean grout in bathroom and clean bathroom thoroughly 7. Clean the whole flat when finished redecoration, including the kitchen area, bed and bathroom - moving the bed and wardrobe so you can get to all areas and give it a good, deep clean

I have eight interior wooden doors that need to be painted white. I don't have any materials (I can buy the paint)
