Looking for a qualified electrician to carry out the following installation work in a 2-bed flat (Gipsy Road, SE27 9QT). All fittings and fixtures will be supplied – just need expert installation. Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): - Install 2 x USB A+C superfast charger sockets (wall-mounted) - Replace 1 x light switch (standard matt black) - Install 1 x pendant light fitting (cable light drop, 60cm) Hallway: - Install 1 x USB A+C superfast charger socket - Replace 1 x light switch (standard white) - Install 2 x pendant light fittings (1 standard pendant) Kitchen: - Replace 1 x light switch (standard white) Living Room: - Install 2 x USB A+C superfast charger sockets - Replace 1 x light switch (standard white) - Install 1 x pendant light fitting Bedroom 2 (Office/Spare Room): - Install 2 x USB A+C superfast charger sockets - 1 light switch (standard white) All cabling assumed in working condition. Property is recently rewired and in good condition. Access is easy, flat is mostly empty (renovation in progress). Parking nearby if needed. Looking to have the job done within the next day or so (ideally tomorrow morning as I have a painter working on the flat at the moment). Please quote including labour and call-out.

Qualified electrician. Replace 5 light switches and 8 plug sockets with new ones which we have already bought. Remove two ceiling lights and replace with two new ceiling lights which we have already bought. In a small 3 bedroom terraced house. Evidence of electrician qualification required.

Oven turns on but does not heat up.

We have two lights we want swapped to motion sensored PIR lights. They previously were set up as normal spotlights with a separate sensor. We would also like to move them forward slightly (approx 40cm) so a new hole would be needed in the plasterboard.
