Want to put my freezer in outhouse instead of my kitchen , so need a socket in the outhouse and electric to it

I need 6 outdoor (up and down) lights installed on my property. Junction box is already in place and I have bought the lights. Just need them installing. 2 at the front of the property 2 on the side 2 on the rear There are 3 lights existing but I need the cables repositioning so they're not so visible. My portable air conditioner isn’t blowing cold after cleaning filters

My portable ac unit arlec PA1202GB isn’t removing hot air anymore, the exhaust isn’t getting warm at all. It’s blowing slightly cold air but the room temperature isn’t going down at all! I’m wanting to get this looked at for the right price and then decide whether it’s worth the cost of repair. Not wanting to go mad though with hundreds and hundreds at this issue. The units turns on, even the compressor kicks in and makes some noise the fans blow but set to cooling mode the room temperature doesn’t go down at all and the exhaust isn’t removing any hot air.
