Change back boxes incorrectly installed as 35mm with 45mm ones. Approximately 10 back boxes to change the depth on, mostly doubles. I will work with you to install Shelly smart controls in the switches. I know how to do electrics and had a house rewire done recently but need a bit of help because 10 is a lot for me to change. If you're good I am happy to keep you for further electrical jobs.

I have 2 sets of shelves, a 2 set and a single floater, to go up on the wall. They are to be placed over electrical sockets so I'm a little worried about the safety. The sink is sometimes blocked. The washing machine floods when this happens. It’s a plumbing issue and easily fixed by someone who knows how. The picture of the sink area is terrible. It will be clean and orderly for whoever wants to take this job on and inspect it. Put up a garden light - replace old one with new

Fix a dimmer switch in kitchen and change 2 bulbs in the bathroom.

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.
