The smoke alarms need to be bought and included in the price with labour and be compliant for the Selective Licensing in Wandsworth with BS5839 certificate please, as per Wandsworth Council HMO Standards. for a 2 bed flat.

I need 4 mains-wired, interlinked optical smoke alarms replaced on a like-for-like basis. All 4 were installed on the same day, approximately 10years ago. 2 of the 4 are now beeping (3 beeps every 4 hours), which I understand indicates end-of-life on these units. The other 2 haven’t started beeping yet but are the same age, so I’d like all 4 replaced together in one visit. What’s needed: • Safely isolate power, remove the 4 existing units, and dispose of them properly • Supply and install 4 new mains-powered, interlinked optical smoke alarms in the same locations • Test all units individually and confirm the interlink function works across all 4 • Must be a qualified/registered electrician (e.g. NICEIC or equivalent) as this is mains electrical work

Velux window not receiving electric power. It cannot be remotely operated and the light next to the window is switched off as opposed to the other window, identical and just next to it, which has a light switched on next to it and it works

Need a qualified electrician to replace an old broken bathroom ceiling light fitting. The current fitting is an old recessed compact fluorescent downlight. The cover/diffuser is broken and missing, leaving the bulb/ballast/wiring area exposed. The light is on the same circuit/switch as other lights, so I would like the faulty fitting safely replaced rather than just disconnected if possible.
