Smoke alarm base has come loose from plasterboard ceiling. Wiring is already in place and connected — no electrical work required. Need someone to supply/install appropriate plasterboard fixings and securely reattach the base plate. Then twist the smoke alarm unit back into place and test it’s secure.

I have a bathroom towel rail that is connected to gas central heating. I was to change this so it is still connected to gsh but it is also can be turned on via electric. Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed. Please don't offer if your price ask is going to be wildly different than what my budget is.
