I have 2 replacement light switches to be installed. They are both two way type.

I want to replace an existing integrated cooker hood. However when I removed the hood the flexible ducting connecting the extractor fan to the air vent was damaged and the newer model required a larger diameter min 120mm instead of 100mm. I want the new one installed with the correct ducting. I currently have the replacement hood and ducting. The old hood has already been removed. The new hood is a standard replacement so is compatable and fits in the space. The image with the red line shows the direction of the duct and there is an image to show the vent on the roof

Smoke alarm located in high ceiling (3.5 m / 12 feet) beeping . Batteries to be replaced. Needs a ladder to access.

The main task is assembly of thr TV cabinet then house the electric fireplace in the cabinet in my living room under my TV.

Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed. Please don't offer if your price ask is going to be wildly different than what my budget is. I have not gotten the electrics fixed for 1.5 years because I have never been able to afford it as I have been out of work for 6 years and now I have this amount I have saved up which I want to use for it if possible. Kitchen heat alarm is beeping, Has reached end of life and needs to be replaced. It is on the mains with a backup battery. Should take around 20-25 min to do tops.

The flexible duct between my extractor fan exhaust and the exhaust pipe has become disconnected and needs reaffixing Not sure if the existing flexible ducting is still good or needs to be outright replaced

Existing island cooker hood has a broken motor. I will source a similar unit which needs to be installed and made good. Electrics and vent pipe are in place already and working.

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off
