Kitchen heat alarm is beeping, Has reached end of life and needs to be replaced. It is on the mains with a backup battery. Should take around 20-25 min to do tops.

The flexible duct between my extractor fan exhaust and the exhaust pipe has become disconnected and needs reaffixing Not sure if the existing flexible ducting is still good or needs to be outright replaced

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off
