My dog peed on the floor sockets, that caused electricity shortages in my flat. Looking for an electrician to help me find out what part is broken and replace them.

Our washing machine caused the apartment power supply circuit trip. I smell burnt wires near the machine. I have switched off the fuse for the machine and the flat power is restored. Need this fuse looked at and see if fuse needs replacing or machine. Separately a kitchen dimmer switch has become faulty - cant switch the light off on pressing the switch.

Need a qualified electrician to replace an old broken bathroom ceiling light fitting. The current fitting is an old recessed compact fluorescent downlight. The cover/diffuser is broken and missing, leaving the bulb/ballast/wiring area exposed. The light is on the same circuit/switch as other lights, so I would like the faulty fitting safely replaced rather than just disconnected if possible.
