Re plastering on sides 4. Movement of power plug to the side where the opening is 5. Close opening for a uniform look with bricks 7. Hidden light installation (optional - unsure if possible) 8. Installation of mantel beam (L140 W15 D10) I'd also welcome consultation whether the opening needs to be sealed or not. Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed.
