I'm switching my old timer switch with a new switch. It's used for immersion water heater. I have already attempted to do it myself and it kind of works but I'm worried about a few things: 1) the new switch uses screw terminal connectors and the stranded wires may not have good enough connectivity. I even heard buzzing sound at some point. I think it may need ferrules or something similar? 2) I need some extra 3.5mmx50 screws to securely fix the timer to the wall. The current screws I got are bit too short. 3) The back box is a bit flimsy, it works but not sure if I need to replace it. But this is the lowest priority aspect of the job

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.
