Need some scratches painted over in my hallway. ASAP need it done before 8pm today. Image shows the area but not a recent image, there are just a few scratches from bringing a sofa upstairs.

We need someone to add wood cladding in our bedroom ceiling. The ceiling has a slope of about 25 degrees with height of 3.44n and 2.12m. The dimension of the ceiling is 5.15m by 2.95m. The ceiling I believe is made by a ~80mm drywall.

This small toilet has encountered a leak that has now been fixed to the source and any damp or moist removed. The walls are now dry and paint work is now needing a fresh coat. The toilet will need to be taken off by yourself to allow the back of it to be fixed also, as well as possibly damp sealing patches and ensure clean job and even walls are ready for fresh paint. A new coat will then be applied once the walls have been properly done with whatever requirement needed for long lasting results. Wooden board behind toilet will need removing as damaged. Not necessarily replaced at this stage, but if able to provide this option, by all means. Sensible offers, experience required. A leak from a pipe caused damage to my hallway ceiling. The damage section needs a hole patch covered and the area around it prepped / sanded back / filled etc to restore even surface. Then whole hallway ceiling needs painting (approx 12ft x 3ft) - Due date: Flexible

I look after a flat that is rented out in Streatham. We have an issue with mould build up in the bedroom. The window doesn't open at the moment but we are looking to rectify this as soon as possible.
