I have a block somewhere in the kitchen sink plumbing, maybe drain clog. The kitchen sink is slow draining and the washing machine backs up into the sink. I’ve used a plunger which has had a limited effect and discovered there is also a leak under the sink, which leaks when the washing machine is in use. I need you to unblock the pipes/drain and locate and fix the leak. If necessary also clear the washing machine filter/pipes if that is the issue.

Hot water cylinder is not working - stopped heating water yesterday. Does not start to heat water in the cylinder when timed to come on. Possibly the immersion heater element is broken as this happened a couple of years ago. The emergency boost tank is also not working and may be the same issue.

Hey I'm a fellow tasker and in need of a Power shower supply and fit. Please make offer for labour only and add in your post how much the materials will cost, which I can take care of on the day or buy it myself ready for you. Michal did a great job. He was on time, friendly, and replaced the tap/sealant to a very high standard. He knew exactly what he was doing, I would definitely work with him again.
