I've bought a new kitchen mixer tap from B&Q. I need someone to uninstall the current tap and install the new one in its place. Here are some pics of how things currently look above and below the sink.

Current bath tap does not have a shower attachment. Have bought a new shower tap with a shower attachment. Needs to be swapped over. Can provide pictures if needed.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

The rod that holds the mixer tap in place has fallen out and Its awkward to get it back in

Remove a current kitchen monobloc tap and replace with a new one (already ordered and ready to fit). Check seal on pipework connections as one is leaking. Access is a bit difficult and I haven't got the right tools to undo the pipework lower down

We have recently installed a new shower in an old bathroom. Over the past couple of weeks, we have noticed water dripping from where the pipes are which corresponds to the back wall of the shower. Water appears only when the shower is running and it's small but constant. We need to find out where is coming from. We've secured all the little mosaic tiles in the picture... We had a plumber look at the job and told us that the pipe were fine and that we most likely need to remove the mosaic tiles dry the wall and replace them. We want to remove that entire vertical strip of mosaic tiles and replace it with something else. As I said, we replaced the grout wherever we found it to be loose but it's not enough. I need someone with plumbing and tiling experience to help us fix this problem asap. We won't use the old mosaic tile and rather move to a backsplash just in the strip that runs behind the shower unit. I do not want to be charged for call-out fees but you are very welcome to come take a look before giving a quote. I need to fix this asap.

Hi! We are looking for a certified plumber for this issue. We have this shower system. We have a shower hose that is brand new and we have just replaced it, and when we bought it new, it had new elastic inside. However, even with this replacement and new elastic, the shower head/hose continued to leak, so we put a second elastic inside the hose. It is still leaking. We are trying to understand why, even when we don't use the shower for a couple days, this hose continues to leak. When it leaks, without using the shower for a couple days, it is a lot of water- cups of water can fill up. We want someone to tell us why this is leaking and how it must be fixed. If you know how to fix it, it would be great! We don't want the tiles on the wall broken.

Hello, We have had a leaking en suite shower. It only leaks when in use and water comes from underneath to the carpet and flat below, causing damage. The silicone basin seal has been resealed so it must be coming from the intake (behind panel with temp knob) or drainage (under basin). NB - I'm the tenant arranging on behalf of the landlord as he lives overseas. For his insurance ideally we would have the leak fixed and get a quote for remediation for water damage, but he currently only has just over a week to get the source identified and fixed before the claim is closed. So as far as I know just the fix for now is fine! Budget negotiable depending on work that needs to be done, I will let my landlord know about quotes and confirm. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 July 2022

The flush needing multiple pushes for it to work. The water not going down in the shower unit as quick as it used to.

The toilet is not fully blocked but fills quite high after flushing and is slow to drain. It also bubbles/gurgles

Toilet is blocked maybe wrong paper used and needs strong plunger to clear the wrong paper and allow flushing of toilet as normal practice
