Room size: 4.44m × 2.73m (approx. 12m²). Materials: Flooring, SBX boards, tape, and sealant supplied. Beading to be supplied by tradesman. Location: Central London. The bedroom measures 13 metre squared. Underlay has already been laid, it is just the laminate wood flooring that needs to be laid.

Two main areas of kitchen counter are lovely Italian marble, for a kitchen installed 3 years ago. Has never been resealed since. There are various watermarks and stains that have formed, and maybe they can't be removed, but if you can polish any out and at least make sure we protect it better going forward that be so great...
