Fit scotia boards as well . 20m square room , we will take old carpet up but will need you to make sure flooring is prepared ( subfloor looks level to me ) I need someone experienced with flooring for this job please with pictures of previous work. I have a multitool and mitre cutter which can be used if tools are required.
