Looking for an experienced flooring fitter to supply and install new flooring in two treatment rooms at our beauty salon in Islington. Each room is approximately 7 square metres, so around 14 square metres total. It currently has vinyl flooring which can be removed to install the new flooring. JOB DESCRIPTION: I'm looking for an experienced Tasker to help me replace the flooring in my kitchen in our community pantry with new vinyl flooring. The job involves two visits and is split into the following stages: VISIT 1 – Measure Up • Come to my property and accurately measure the kitchen floor area (approximately 4ft wide x 6ft long, but please measure precisely). • Assess the existing floor condition and note any prep work that may be needed (e.g. levelling, removing old flooring). • Advise me on exactly how much vinyl to order, including any recommended overage/wastage allowance. • If possible, recommend suitable vinyl types or suppliers based on the space. BETWEEN VISITS • I will purchase the vinyl based on your measurements and advice. • Please let me know when you're available for the fitting visit once materials have arrived. VISIT 2 – Fitting • Lay and fit the vinyl flooring neatly and professionally. • Trim to size, ensure clean edges to skirting boards/kickboards. • Leave the area clean and tidy on completion. Fitting underlay and floor boards for 1 room and landing

One bedroom 16sq m to have engineered oak panels installed. Carpet almost all removed just needs the inside of the wardrobes removed. Replace hallway flooring… Someone with skills cutting thicker Lino & vinyl. And cutting around awkward corners neatly.. The flooring I have chosen is thicker an less flexible than others I have used previously. It’s 2mx5m. If I am satisfied with the job I will have another two rooms that will need doing soon after (Please let me know if you have experience laying carpets too in hallways and stairs)

Install decking area in our garden which is 2m x 3 m high. The decking has to be inside of the brick wall area of the patio and has to be raised to the top of the brick wall area so there will be no tripping over the brick wall area.

Furniture to be moved to the next room and vinyl floor to be laid with underlay. Then furniture to be put back. Room is approx 4.5m x 4.5m. I have the vinyl and underlay. I can also buy the spray adhesive.

The current carpet is rolled over the existing floorboards at two entry points which are the width of a door (as shown in the images), creating an awkward and unsightly lip. Scope of Work: • Modify the leading edge of the existing landing wood floorboards on two sides. • Carefully trim the floorboards back to allow for the installation of flush-mounted or low-profile stair nosing. • Securely install provided nosing and matching spare floorboards to create a clean, durable lip for the new carpet to butt against. We have a quantity of spare matching wood floorboards to facilitate this work. The goal is to move from a "wrapped carpet" look to a clean, professionally finished staircase edge.
