Portable arlec pa1201gb air conditioner needs fixing. It turns on but just doesn't run. So no air flow as mechanism won't start. You can hear it trying but it just doesn't want to.

I have installed a lamp in the ceiling. However the light never quite turns off so I would need a rewiring done and to fit the lamp properly to the ceiling. Whoever does the task needs to have a small ladder to reach the ceiling. I have a small one but would be uncomfortable to work with unless you are at least 1m90cm tall.
