We have a Daikin Siesta air conditioner that began leaking water. We believe there is either a blockage in the drain line or the drain line pump needs to be replaced.

There is a wooden cupboard around my boiler which has come away from the wall. The electrical plug and boiler control is attached to the inside of the wooden cupboard. Hi, I’m looking for a qualified electrician to help with the sockets for my washing machine, dishwasher and heat-pump tumble dryer. Currently, the washing machine and dishwasher are connected to a double socket which is supplied through a 13A fused spur. I also have a separate double socket above the worktop nearby. I would like the safest and simplest solution to provide a separate socket for the tumble dryer, so I don’t have all three appliances sharing the 13A fused supply.

The fan has three wires and the wiring is not very clear in our house where the fan will be fitted. The wiring seems to be non standard so we need an electrician that can properly test the wiring so that the fan is installed correctly and safely. This is not just the usual two wires for a light fitting otherwise I would have done it myself. I just don't want to risk it being installed incorrectly! I need a qualified electrician to safely reconnect a disconnected circuit for the dressing table lights in a bedroom. You just need to open the switch box beneath the dressing table, connect the broken circuit and ensure that the job is done perfectly.

The bathroom fan comes on with the light but switches off again after about 2 seconds. I have removed fluff from it but it did not fix the problem. It is a ceiling mounted Vent-Axia fan.

Fuse box switch caused a minor power cut in my flat. I flipped the switch back on and everything works fine, except my electric oven.
