Emptying the bath last night tripped the electrics. The mains-powered smoke alarm would not switch off. There is not a separate fuse for the smoke alarm. We need to isolate the smoke alarm to prevent electric fire. Will also need a plumber to check for leaks.

Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. Need a qualified electrician to replace an old broken bathroom ceiling light fitting. The current fitting is an old recessed compact fluorescent downlight. The cover/diffuser is broken and missing, leaving the bulb/ballast/wiring area exposed. The light is on the same circuit/switch as other lights, so I would like the faulty fitting safely replaced rather than just disconnected if possible.
