I am renovating an old ex-boiler room cupboard, and want a few items removed before I start. I'm looking for someone to do these 3 things: 1) Reroute the long vertical pipe so it lines in with the rest of the boxed-in pipes. 2) Remove the electrics box. 3) Reroute the floor pipes so that they are below the floorboards. Would need a licensed tradesperson for the electrics and plumbing. As you will obviously need to know what you're doing, and also the job will involve turning electrics and water off. There is lots of availabile parking on site and free.

Job: repair cut external cable feeding kitchen sockets Terraced house, rear elevation. Three cables were surface-run up the outside wall at first-floor level, next to the satellite dish. I cut all three believing they were redundant aerial/satellite leads. Two appear to be coax; one was clearly live — several kitchen sockets on the ground floor stopped working immediately. Cabling was installed around 10 years ago as part of a rear extension. Need: identify and reinstate the supply, make good in a suitable weatherproof enclosure or re-run the cable appropriately, and test (continuity, IR, earth loop) with a Minor Works Certificate on completion. The fan has three wires and the wiring is not very clear in our house where the fan will be fitted. The wiring seems to be non standard so we need an electrician that can properly test the wiring so that the fan is installed correctly and safely.
