Our hanging ceiling light has been pulled down and needs refitting / rewired

I need help moving an Elektra 3-seat power recliner sofa from the top floor of my home down two floors. The sofa needs to be carefully dismantled first so that it can be safely moved downstairs. As it is an electric power recliner, there are electrical cables/wiring that will need to be disconnected and safely reconnected. The job involves: * Dismantling the 3-seat electric recliner sofa * Disconnecting the electrical connections/wiring safely * Carrying the dismantled sections down two flights of stairs * Moving the sofa to the new location downstairs * Reconnecting the electrical wiring * Reassembling the sofa * Checking that the power recliner functions correctly after assembly

2 of our upstairs ceiling lights are not working. They are in adjacent rooms. Might be a fuse or something else. Would like someone to come and investigate and fix ideally.

Supply and fit a smoke alarm in the hallway on the 2nd floor - battery operated. Re-seal around a bath where there are little gaps in the sealant.

The condensate drainage pipe also requires disconnection and inspection for any blockage or restriction,followed by cleaning through to ensure proper drainage. The coil should also be thoroughly cleaned as part of the investigation and maintenance works. Once the cleaning and drainage checks have been completed, the unit should be tested in cooling mode for several hours to confirm that the condensate is draining correctly and that there are no further leaks from the fan coil unit. To change over 5 existing light sockets to new 5 light sockets.

The bathroom fan comes on with the light but switches off again after about 2 seconds. I have removed fluff from it but it did not fix the problem. It is a ceiling mounted Vent-Axia fan.

Fuse box switch caused a minor power cut in my flat. I flipped the switch back on and everything works fine, except my electric oven. You must be a plumber or a heating engineer. Boiler diagnosis completed as follows below and need someone to replace both parts. Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire.
